Rhode Island holder of a mortgage by Harold M. Patterson and Thelma M. Bell of Pittsfield,
Mass. to John W. Buddington dated May 31, 1935 recorded in the Records of Deeds in Town of
Charlestown, Rhode Island in Mortgage Book No. 26, at Page 92, for consideration paid, assign
said mortgage and the note and claim secured thereby to Mary Ernestine Buddington of the
Town of Westerly aforesaid

ed in the Town of Charlestown land evidence in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in
Real Estate Mtg. Book No. 26, at Page 92, do hereby release and discharge the same. And I covenant
to and with the person making said payment that I am the sole and only owner of said mortgage.
WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 10th day of June 1939. I purchased
the within described mortgage from John W. Buddington by assignment June 29, 1935 and recorded in
said Town of Charlestown in Book #26 at Page 117.
