111 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of West Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connec- ticut, for consideration paid, grant to Frank E. Saunders and Frank H. Saunders of The Town of Rockville, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or par- cels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Is- land, and laid out and designated as Lot 132 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lot is bounded as follows: NORTHERLY : by Baxter Street, as shown on said Map, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less, EASTERLY : by lot 131, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY : by lot 169, as shown on said Map, twenty-five (25) feet, more or less, WESTERLY : by lot 133, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. The consideration for this deed is less than one hundred dollars. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor, Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantees all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforedescribed premises WITNESS my hand this 4th day of June, A. D. 1935. THOMAS F. REILLY (L. S.) ANNA T.
