Herver President of the Bank. Received for record this 18th day of May, 1931 at 5:45 P.M. and recorded here by [Signed] Landon L. Pomeroy County Clerk Indenture between Frank J. Company, having received full payment and satisfaction of the debt for which the mortgage was given, does hereby cancel and discharge said mortgage. In Testimony whereof, said Company has executed these presents to be signed, sealed and delivered to the Legals offendant by the Manager and the Asst.
