93 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of East Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Clara D. Roberts of The City of Pawtucket, County of Providence, and State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and all used and designated as Lots 649-659 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. J. Leighton Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut." and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: SOUTHERLY : by Cotleigh Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet more or less. EASTERLY : by lot 648, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet more or less. NORTHERLY : by lots 612-613, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet more or less. WESTERLY : by lot 651, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F.
