98 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of East Haven, County of East Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid grant to Verice A. Crandall unmarried of The Town of Ashaway, County of Washington, and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS that certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of Land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots #667-668, shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as Follows: NORTHERLY : by Cobleigh Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less, EASTERLY : by lot 666, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY : by lots 704-705, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less, WESTERLY : by lot 669, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map.
