77 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of East Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connec- ticut, for consideration paid, grant to S. Belle Hendricks of The City of Providence, County of Providence, and State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots 1079-1080 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" = 100 feet, dated July 23, 1934, K. W. Leighton Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: WESTERLY : by Charlestown Beach Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less, NORTHERLY : by lot 1081, as shown on said Map, one hundred fifty-five and five tenths (155.5) feet, more or less, EASTERLY : by Kilburn Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less, SOUTHERLY : by lot 1078, as shown on said Map, one hundred thirty-nine and five tenths (139.5) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor Thomas F.
