670 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to J. Sidney Croke, of the Town of South Hadley, County of Hamp- shire, State of Massachusetts with WARRANTY. COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows in fee simple: Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots #595-99 on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" = 100 feet, C. W. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn., Dated July 25th, 1934" which said plat is filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots to- gether form one tract, bounded as follows: Easterly : by Shore Drive as shown on said map 52.9 feet more or less; Southerly : by Lot #596 as shown on said map 100 feet more or less; Westerly : by Lot #1074 as shown on said map 83.5 feet more or less; Northerly : by Shore Drive as shown on said map 100 feet more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said map. The consideration for this deed is less than $300.00 (INTERNAL REVENUE STAMP, 50¢) Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor release to said grantee all right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises WITNESS my hand this 31st day of December 1934. WALTER D.
