669 Thomas F. Reilly of The Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to Thomas M. Murphy of the Town of Auburn, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots #946-947 on that plat entitled "Charlestown by the Sea, owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, location, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Scale 1" -- 100 feet, dated July 25th, 1934, K. J. Leighton, Civil Engineer, New Haven, Conn.", which said plat is filed in the office of the Town Clerk for said Charlestown. Said lots together Form one tract, bounded as follows: Easterly : by Shore Drive as shown on said map 50 feet more or less; Southerly : by Lot #945 as shown on said map 100 feet more or less; Westerly : by Lot #1055 as shown on said map 50 feet more or less; Northerly : by Lot #948 as shown on said map 100 feet more or less. The consideration for this deed is less than $300.00 (INTERNAL REVENUE STAMP, 50¢) Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor release to said grantee all right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. WITNESS my hand this 31st day of December 1934. WALKER D.
