I, Thomas F. Reilly of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut for
consideration paid, grant to Wanton S. Edwards of Hope Valley, Washington County, State R. I.
with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State
of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
Lots 737-738 on map of Charlestown By The Sea, Charlestown, R. I. owned and developed
by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale one inch equals 100 feet, July 25th, 1934 K. W. Loighton, C. A.
Said map is recorded in Town Clerk's Office at Charlestown, R. I. Said lots are bounded and
described as follows:
Westerly by Charlestown Beach Road, 50 feet more or less,
Northerly by lot 736 on said map 107.3 feet more or less,
Easterly by lot 734 on said map 50 feet more or less,
Southerly by lot 739 on said map 107 feet more or less.
Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map.
Anna T. Reilly wife of the grantor release to said grantee all my right of dower
and all other interest in the aforementioned premises
