646 I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Con- necticut for consideration paid, grant to Carolyn M. S. Reith and Walter Reith, both of Westerly, Washington County, State of R. I. with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Lots 739-740 on map of Charlestown By The Sea, Charlestown, R. I., owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1 inch equals 100 feet July 25th, 1934, K. W. Leighton, C. E. Said map is recorded in Town Clerk's Office at Charlestown, R. I. Said lots are bounded and described as follows: Firstly by Charlestown South Beach Road, 50 feet more or less, Southerly by lot 741 on said map 106.6 feet more or less, Westerly by part of lot 757 on said map 50 feet more or less, Northerly by lot 738 on said map 107 feet more or less. Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map. Anna F. Reilly wife of the grantor release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises WITNESS my hand this 26th day of November 1934 THOMAS F. REILLY ANNA F. REILLY by Thomas F. Reilly her attorney in fact (INTERNAL REVENUE STAMP, 50¢) STATE OF RHODE ISLAND ) County of Providence } In Providence on the 26th day of November, 1934 before me personally appeared Thomas F.
