75 Thomas F. Reilly of the Town of East Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut for consideration paid, grant to Mrs. Elizabeth B. Visser of the City of Providence, County of Providence, State and State of Rhode Island with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. Those certain lots or parcels of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as Lots 1091-1092 shown on a "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, scale 1" -- 100 feet, dated July 25, 1934. K. J. Leighton Civil Engineer, New Haven, Connecticut," and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of said Charlestown. Said lots are bounded as follows: EASTERLY } by Kilburn Street, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less, NORTHERLY } by lot 1093, as shown on said Map, 107.1 feet, more or less, WESTERLY } by irregular line sixty-five (65) feet by Charlestown Beach Road, on } said Map, more or less. SOUTHERLY } by lot 1090, as shown on said Map, two hundred twenty-two (222) feet, } more or less. Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F.
