Buddington, of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to Charlestown Estates, Inc, a corpora- tion duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island and having a place of business in the City of Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS Two certain tracts or parcels of land located and situated at Quonsetcourt East Beach, so called, in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island. First Parcel Lot No. 449 as shown and delineated on a certain plan or plat of entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quonsetcourt, Rhode Island, property of S. H. Davis, Inc., Leon L. Holland, C. E. Scale 1" = 100', Revised July 1931". Second Parcel The westerly Thirty (30) feet of lot 504 and the easterly Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot no. 593 as shown and delineated on a certain plan or plat entitled, "Plat of East Beach at Quonsetcourt, Rhode Island, Property of S. H. Davis, Inc., Leon L. Holland, C. E. Scale 1" = 100', Revised July 1931". It being the intention of this deed to release the above described propert- ies from a certain mortgage made by S. H.
