KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, ESTHER WILCOX, of Shelter Island Heights,
Suffolk County, in the State of New York, hereinafter called the Grantor, in consideration of
the sum of Ten (10) Dollars to me paid, by PHILIP B. STARRETT, of the City and State of New
York, hereinafter called the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
remise, release and forever QUIT-CLAIM unto him the said Grantee and his Heirs and Assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, property, claim and demand which I now have, or of
right ought to have, or claim in, and to
That certain tract of land situated in the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode
Island, containing fifty (50) acres of land, more or less, bounded northerly by land of Emma
A. Browning; easterly by land of said Emma A. Browning and land of Lucy A. Webster; southerly
by the Salt Pond, and westerly by land of Frank W. Arnold. Reference is made to deed of
Calek R. Nye to Edward S. Crumb, dated September 7, 1911, and recorded with the records of
land Evidence in said Charlestown in Deed Book 17 on page 142
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with all the rights, privileges and appurtenances
therunto appertaining, unto and to the use of him the said Grantee, and his heirs and
assigns forever.
And I the aforesaid Grantor, for myself and for my heirs, executors and administrators,
do covenant with the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, that I will warrant and defend
the aforesaid described premises unto the said grantee, and his heirs and assigns, forever, against
the lawful claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through, or under me.

sideration of the sum paid as aforesaid, do hereby release and forever quitclaim unto the

aforesaid described premises.

September in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-four (1934).
