564 I THOMAS F. REILLY of The Town of New Haven, County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to RUSSELL H. B. CORP of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: lots number 812-813-814-815 on a map of Charlestown By The Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly. Scale 1 inch equal one hundred feet, July 25th, 1934. K. W. Leighton. Civil Engineer. Said map is on file at Town Clerks Office, Charlestown, Rhode Island. Said lots are bounded and described as follows: Southerly by Traysore Street on said map one hundred feet. (100) Easterly by lot number 811 on said map one hundred feet, more or less. (100) Northerly by lots numbers 794-795-796 and part of Grantors Land, one hundred feet. (100) Westerly by lot number 816 on said map one hundred feet, more or less. (100) Said lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map. ANNA T. REILLY wife of the grantor release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS my hand this 24th day of September 1934. H. MCPHADEN THOMAS F. Reilly Her Attorney in Fact (INTERNAL REVENUE STAMP, 50¢) STATE OF RHODE ISLAND) County of Providence ) In Providence on the 24th day of September, 1934 before me personally appeared Thomas F. Reilly to me known and known by me to be the party executing the foregoing instrument, and he acknowledged said instrument, by him executed, to be his free act and deed, and the free act and deed of the said Anna T.
