555 I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Albert S. F. Chamberlain of Town of East Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. That certain lot or parcel of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, laid out and designated as lot numbers 102b-B, 102b-C, on that plot referred to "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island, Owned and developed by Thomas F. Reilly, Scale 1"=100, Dated July 25, 1934, K. W. Leighton, C. E., New Haven, Ct., said Map to be filed in office of the Town Clerk for Charlestown at Carolina, Rhode Island. Said Lots are bounded as follows: NORTHERLY: by Allons Cove Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less. EASTERLY: by lot number 102b-A, as shown on said Map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. SOUTHERLY: by lot numbers 103b-B and 103b-C, as shown on said map, fifty (50) feet, more or less. WESTERLY: by lot numbers 1041-44-45-46, as shown on said map, one hundred (100) feet, more or less. This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. The consideration for the consideration for this deed is $200.00 I, Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor, Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises. WITNESS my hand this 12th day of September, A. D. 1934. (INTERNAL REVENUE STAMP, 50¢) H.
