I, ASA CHURCH, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to CARL J. BERGGREN and MILDRED M. BERGGREN, husband and wife, both of said Town, County and State, and to the survivor of them and unto the heirs and assigns of said survivor, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS,
A certain parcel of land 75 feet from and parallel to said other premises on these Cranters, a distance of 295 feet, more or less, to said Post Road; thence running easterly, bounded southerly by said Post Road, a distance of 75 feet to the point and place of beginning.
The Grantees, their heirs and assigns, shall erect and forever maintain lawful line fences along the northerly and westerly boundary lines of the premises hereby conveyed.
I, Katie D. Church, the wife of the grantor, release to the grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid described premises.
