556 I, Thomas F. Reilly, of the Town and County of New Haven, State of Connecticut, for consideration paid, grant to Alice W. Chamberlain Town of East Providence, County of Providence, of State of Rhode Island, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: in fee simple. That certain lot or parcel of land, located in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, and laid out and designated as lot numbers 1023-1023-A, on that plot entitled "Map of Charlestown by the Sea, Charlestown, Rhode Island Estate, Owned and Developed by Thomas F. Reilly, New Haven, Ct., said Map to be filed in the office of the Town Clerk for Charlestown at Carolina, Rhode Island. Said lots are bounded as follows: NORTHERLY: by Allens Cove Road, as shown on said Map, fifty (50) feet, more or less; EASTERLY: by lot 1022, as shown on said Map, one hundred, (100) feet, more or less; SOUTHERLY: by lot numbers 1038 and 1038A, as shown on said map, fifty, (50) feet, more or less; and WESTERLY: by lot 1023, as shown on said map, one hundred, (100) feet, more or less; This deed is subject to restrictions as contained on said Map. The consideration for this deed is $200.00 I, Anna T. Reilly, wife of the grantor Thomas F. Reilly, release to said grantee all her right of dower and all other interest in the aforesaid premises WITNESS my hand this 11th day of September, A. D. 1934. H.McPHADAN THOMAS F.
