I, FERN AUGUSTA MAGEE of the Town of North Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to MABEL F. MAGEE, of the Town of North Providence, County of Providence, State of Rhode Island, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
That certain parcel or tract of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows:
one 4/21 lot set to Charlestown map No 141 (recorded in 1895), bounded on the easterly by the Pond (as laid out said Pond recorded in 1895) to said Wilcox land; thence southerly bounding easterly on said Wilcox land, one hundred fifty-nine (159) feet to said street or way at the starting point.
Together with all riparian and littoral rights now appurtenant to said premises.
Said premises conveyed subject to a mortgage for $5500 to Greenville Trust Company.
Meaning and intending to convey all my right, title and interest in and to premises conveyed by deed from H. Stanford McLeod to Mabel F. Magee and Fern Augusta Magee dated 1936 and recorded in Records of Land Evidence said Town of Charlestown, Book 27, Page 266.
WITNESS my hand this 28th day of February 1945
