459 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, HATTIE M. HOLT, (single) of the City of Cranston and State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the Grantor in consideration of the sum of Ten (10) Dollars, to me paid by WILLIAM P. BARRY and wife JOHANNA BARRY of the City of Pawtucket and State of Rhode Island, hereinafter called the Grantees, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantees, and their heirs and assigns forever, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, That lot of land with all buildings and improvements thereon, situated at East Beach, Quonsetown, in the Town of Charlestown and State of Rhode Island, and bounded as follows: Beginning at the point on the Ocean Road or Surf Side Avenue at the northeasterly corner of lot of land formerly of Sylvester Moore, more particularly altered along the easterly side of said Surf Side Avenue sixty (60) feet, more or less, to a cement driveway; thence southerly along the westerly side of said drive- way ninety (90) feet, more or less, to the northeasterly corner of land convexed late of Hattie M.
