457 AGREEMENT. We the undersigned, Rachael C. Joseph of the Town of Charlestown, County of Wash- ington, Ross E. Browning and Hattie E. Browning both of the City and County of Providence, and Clara G. Olney of the Town of Hopkinton, County of Washington, is the State of Rhode Island, owners of lands at Charlestown Beach in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and shown on a plat therefore, made by Leon L. Holland, Civil Engineer, April, 1934, and hereto attached and made a part hereof, hereby state and agree that said plat and the bounds set and marked thereon as, for boundaries of our respective lands, was marked and said bounds set and marked as such boundaries, by our several and mutual agree- ments and that said bounds and marks are and mark by mutual agreement the true and correct boundaries of our respective lands.
