At a Court of Probate, holden at Bristol in and for the District of Bristol
on the 15th day of January, A. D. 1934.
Present: William N. DeRosier, Judge.
Estate of Ella Perry Thomas, late of Bristol, in said District, deceased.
Upon the application of Bristol Bank and Trust Company of Bristol praying that
an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said deceased be admitted to
probate, and that letters of administration, with the will annexed, be granted on said es-
tate, as per application on file, it is found that all parties known to be interested in said
estate have signed and filed in Court a written waiver after notice, and therefore public notice
of the pendency of said application is not required. Recorded vol. 62 page 64f. After
hearing the parties, with their evidence, this Court finds the allegations of said applicant
are proved and true, and that said instrument was duly executed by the Testatrix for her last
will and testament, that she was at the time of executing the same of sound mind and memory.
It is therefore considered by this Court that said will is duly proved, and the same is approv-
ed, allowed and ordered to be recorded (Recorded in vol. 69 page 425.)
Whereasupon letters testamentary of administration on said estate, with the will
annexed, were granted to Bristol Bank & Trust Company of said Bristol.
