I, Harden deV. Pratt, of the Town of Charlestown, in the County of Washington,
and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to Agnes M. Pratt, of said Town
of Charlestown, with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS
All the real estate and real property, and all the tangible personal property,
now owned by me, and located in said Town of Charlestown and in the Town of Westerly, in
said County of Washington, however the same may be bounded or described.
And I, the said Harden deV. Pratt, hereby covenant that I am unmarried.
WITNESS my hand this 22d. day of July, 1933.

In Westerly, on the 22nd. day of July, 1933, before me personally appeared
Harden deV. Pratt, to me known and known by me to be the party executing the foregoing
