PICKUP, being unmarried, of the town of Charlestown, in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to HARRY ROGERSON of the City of Boston, in the County of Suffolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in the town of Charlestown, County of Washington, in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: A certain tract of beach land, together with the buildings and other improvements thereon, situated at East Beach, quoting-shore, containing by estimation a lot of seventy- two hundred (7200) square feet, bound southerly on the Atlantic Ocean, westerly on the land of the Alquist Beach Hotel, and easterly by Company, northerly by the Charlestown Highway, so-called. Being the aggregate deeds granted from the grantor's predecessors in title to Mabel S. Ashworth deeds granted from the grantor's predecessors in title to Mabel S. Ashworth (now wife of Harry Rogerson) dated August 27, 1903 and recorded in said land evidence book 14 power of Charlestown, book 14 pages 403 and 404 deed from Charles H. Ashworth to Mabel S. Ashworth dated September 15, 1903 and recorded in the Land Evidence of said Town of Charlestown, Book 14 page 405; and deed from J. H. W. Robinson to Mabel S. Ashworth (now wife of grantor by last marriage) dated February 9, 1913 and recorded in the Land Evidence of said Town of Charlestown, Book 17 page 396. WITNESS my hand this day of November, 1932.
