196 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; THAT I, Minnie S. Allen of the Town of Stonington, in the County of New London and State of Connecticut, do hereby release and discharge a certain mortgage from John S. Buell of the Town of Westerly, in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island to said Minnie S. Allen, Dated, May 29, 1899 and recorded in the records of the Town of Charlestown in the County of Washington and State of Rhode Island in Book 23 page 425. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have herunto set my hand and seal this ninth day of September, A. D. 1932. Signed, sealed and delivered in presence of DAVID ROBERTSON MINNIE S. ALLEN (L. S.) STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, &c. County of Washington ss. In Westerly, on September 9th, A. D. 1932 Personally appeared Minnie S. Allen signer and sealer of the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the same to be her free act and deed, before me, DAVID ROBERTSON, Notary Public. Received for record September 13th, A. D. 1932 at 5:40 o'clock p. m. and recorded by [Signature] Town Clerk.
