KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, TOIVO WILKMAN, alias TAIVO WILKMAN,
and HELMI WILKMAN, husband and wife, both of New York, New York for consideration paid,
grant to HANNA TOIVONEN, of 9 West 126th Street, New York, New York with WARRANTY COVE-
NANTS
That certain real estate situated in the Town of Charlestown County of Wash-
ington State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A certain tract of land, in said Town of Charlestown, containing by
estimation, thirty (30) acres, more or less, and bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by the land of Otto Koppri; easterly by land of Jack
Enoki; southerly by land now or formerly of John A. Tucker,
deceased, also easterly by Paquitti Pond, or however other-
wise the same may be bounded and described. Meaning and intent to
convey, by this deed, the same tract of land as deeded to these
Grantors by Jack Enoki, by deed dated March 10th, 1932 and re-
corded in the Land Evidence Records, in said Town of Charlestown,
Book #52, Page #60, reference to which deed is hereby made and
for more particularity the same is annexed hereto hereby conveyed. The
Grantee is hereby given a convenient right of way to and from the above
described premises to the public highway in accordance with the provisions of afore-
mentioned deed, of March 10th, 1932.
This conveyance is made subject to mortgage from Taivo Wilkman and
Helmi Wilkman to Edwin Fisher as of record in the said Records of
Land Evidence, Town of Charlestown, Book #52, Page #67.
WITNESS our hands this 19th day of August, 1938.

In Charlestown on the 19th day of August 1938 before me personally
appeared Toivo Wilkman, alias Taivo Wilkman, and Helmi Wilkman, husband and wife,
to me known and known by me to be the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and
they acknowledged said instrument by then executed to be their free act and deed.
