Power of Attorney
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, Levi H. Cornell, of the County of
Washington State of Rhode Island have made, constituted and appointed, and appointed, and by these
presents do make, constitute and appoint Charles M. Cornell, of Richmond, Rhode Island
my true and lawful attorney for me and in my name, place and stead to execute all
instruments in my name, receive all property and funds to which I am, or may be entitled
from John Burdick, executor of the will of Edwin F. Rose, or from any other person or
persons representing said estate, or the estate of Edwin J. Rose giving and granting unto
my said attorney full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done and is about the premiss, as fully to all
intents and purposes, as I might or could do if personally present, with full power of
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or
his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
IS WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 10th day of August
in the year one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two.

BE IT KNOWN, That on the 10th day of August one thousand nine hundred and
thirty-two before me WADE H. WARREN a Notary Public in and for the County of Solano
duly commissioned and sworn, dwelling the said Co. personally appeared Levi N. Cornell
to me personally known, and known to me to be the same person described in, and who
executed the above Power of Attorney, and he acknowledged the above Power of Attorney to
be his free act and deed.
