113 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That I, MICHAEL A. PIETILA, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant quit claim to JOHN PIRHONEN, of said Town, County and State with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of Twenty-seven Hundred Dollars in three years with interest at six (6%) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually in advance as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: Three certain tracts or parcels of land situated in said Charlestown, the first of said tracts being an estimation one hundred, two hundred units and maybe more, with a dwelling house and other buildings thereon located in the village of Pine Plains, being two tracts of land conveyed by Samuel Perry of South Kingstown, in said County of Washington, to Samuel Perry and his heirs at law, in Charlestown, by deed bearing date June 10th, 1795 and recorded in Land Evidence of said Charlestown Book 14, Page 111.
