KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, SONNI PERTILA, of the City or
Borough of Brooklyn, State of New York, wife of MICHAEL A. PERTILA, of the Town of
Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, for valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give, grant, bargain, convey and
relinquish, unto my said husband, MICHAEL A. PERTILA, all of my right of dower and
all other Statutory Rights I may now hold, or shall ever hold, or be entitled to
hold, in and to any property now in his possession in the said Town of Charlestown,
County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, or that shall ever come into his
possession in said Town of Charlestown.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 8th day of
June A. D. 1932.
