appeared Charles J. Link and Dorothy T. Link to me known and known by me to be
the parties executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instru-
ment, by them executed, to be their free act and deed.

The estate of Thomas L. Arnold, by the Washington Trust Company, an executor
thereof, the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the
within mortgage recorded in the records of land evidence in the Town of Charles-
town, in the book of record entitled Mortgage Discharge book 25, and recorded at
pages 92-93-94, hereby cancel and discharges the same. And it covenants to and
agrees to the person making said payment, that it is the present owner of said Mort-
gage.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF said The Washington Trust Company has caused these presents
to be executed and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed by Thomas Perry, one
of its Vice Presidents, therefore duly authorized, this seventeenth day of October,
1939
