87 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, TAIVO WILKMAN and HELMI WILKMAN, husband and wife, of New York, New York for consideration paid, grant to EDWIN FISHER, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of EIGHT HUNDRED Dollars in 5 years with interest at six (6%) per centum, per annum, payable semi-annually as provided in a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith. That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: That certain tract of land situated in said Town of Charlestown, being the same tract described in a deed from Edwin Fisher to Jack Kosti, dated September 1, 1929, and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence, in said Town of Charlestown, Book #21, Page #20, and is fully described in a deed from William Wilkmam to Taivo and Helmi Wilkman, recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of said Town, Book #7, Page 264. Reference to said deeds and the records thereof is made for a more particular description. It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto that the said Mortgagors are to cut only such wood as permissible for daily use on the above mentioned property during the life or term of this Mortgage. This mortgage is made upon the STATUTORY CONDITION and with the STATUTORY POWER OF SALE. I, HELMI WILKMAN, wife of the mortgagor, release to the mortgagee all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. WITNESS our hands this 10th day of March, 1932.
