86 I, the undersigned, having received full payment and satisfaction of the within mortgage, recorded in the records of land evidence in the Town of Charlestown in the State of Rhode Island, in Land Evidence Book No. 25 at page 82, hereby cancel and discharge the same; and I further certify that the present sealing and delivery of this instrument that I am the present owner of said mortgage. D. 1939 at 4:00 o'clock, p. m., and recorded by [signature] Town Clerk. ---- KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, JACK KOEKI of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island consideration paid, grant to TAIVO WILKEMAN and HELMI WILKEMAN, husband and wife, as JOINT TENANTS and not tenants in common of New York, New York with QUIT-CLAIM COVENANTS That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows: A certain tract of land, in said Town of Charlestown, containing by estimation, thirty [30] acres, more or less, bounds and bounded as described as follows: Northerly, by land of Otto [?] Eastly by land of Jack Koeki; Southerly, by land now or formerly of John W. Tucker, deceased, et als; Westerly by Paquessitt Pond, or however otherwise the same may be bounded and described according to said pond, and extending convey by the presents, the westerly portion of the premises conveyed by Ezraid Faber to the grantor's father dated May 27th, 1922 and recorded in the Records of Land Evidence of said Town, in Book 23, Page 420. Reference to said deed is hereby had and made for a more particular description thereof. The Grantees are hereby given a convenient right of way to and from the above mentioned premises, across the land of the Grantor, to the State Highway. I, ANNA KOEKI wife of the grantor release to said grantees all my right of dower and all other interest in the aforementioned premises. WITNESS our hands this 10th day of March, 1932.
