Elmer H. Darling and Annie H. Darling to me known, and known by me to be the parties
executing the foregoing instrument, and they acknowledged said instrument, by them
executed, to be their free act and deed.

S. H. Davis, Inc., of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington
and State of Rhode Island for consideration paid, grant to S. Lillian Jewett, of
the City of New York and State of New York with WARRANTY COVENANTS
That certain real estate situated in Charlestown, County of Wash-
ington in the State of Rhode Island, and described as follows:
A triangular parcel of land located and situated on the southerly side
of Atlantic Avenue at Quonsetpoint Beach, so-called, in the Town
of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island,
bound, and described as follows:
Beginning at the north-westerly corner of the land of the grantee and
the easterly line of lot no 505, as shown on plat entitled "Plot of
East Beach, Quonsetpoint, R. I.," Property of S. H. Davis, Inc.,
less Lot No. 1, Wellmed-Giles Trust, scale 1 to 150, revised July
1931", and running in an easterly direction with the northerly line
of said lot no 505, to the north-easterly corner of said lot, thence north-
easterly corner of said land of the grantee; thence in a northerly
direction on a line perpendicular to said line, to the southerly boundary
seven and one-half (7 1/2) feet more or less, to the southerly boundary
of Atlantic Avenue; thence running easterly with the southerly
boundary of said Atlantic avenue eighty (80) feet more or less, to the
north-easterly corner of said Atlantic avenue; thence in a south-westerly
direction with the easterly line of said lot No. 505, ninety-two one-two
hundredths (92 02) feet to the point and place of beginning.

to be executed by its President duly authorized, this thirtieth day of September,
