and recorded in Records of Deeds of said town of
Charlestown in book No 34 pag 442 To which
said and previous are the references therein contained
whereas Hubby had land mill and more over part thereof
for some produce’s description of hereby convey
appurtenances That including the engine and all machinery
eng equipment accessories is said grist mill and
the slaughter house and saw mill together with any
tenure of productivity in roads meaning hereby to
convey all that constitutes in said mill and buildings
on hereby describe premises
This mortgage is made upon the Property
contained and described with the full Power of Sale
land and J. Diane E. Govitt wife of the mortgagor
referred to hereby mortgage all right of owner and
all other interest in the aforementioned premises
Witness our hands this 28th day of August 1931.
