Evidence Records of said Charlestown in Book 19,
page 40, reference said deed and the deed therein
contained having made for more minute description
of the land hereby conveyed premise.
The present mortgagor hereby covenants that
he is unmarried.
This mortgage was made upon the Statutory
Conditions and within the Statutory Power of Sale.
Executed wrong Land this 17th day of July 1931.

July 1931 before me personally appeared Frank H.
Campbell to be the land and known by me to be the
party executing the foregoing instrument, and he
acknowledged and said that he executed the same to be
free act and deed.

I do sell and the present mortgage and request,
which are the present owner and grant.
