Know all men by these presents that I, Mary E.
Cross, of Charlestown Washington County State, Rhode
Island, to her consideration natural and paid, grants to Samuel Tilley
same Remained Today this 25th day of the City of Providence
County of Providence State of Rhode Island as
follows limited and bounded as tenement was described and
with some covenants
Eleven tenths portion of land situated on
Charlestown District, Washington County, State of Rhode
Island and bounded as follows: on the east by
line of Henry St Darling over the north end and west by
line of James H Ludlow and south side on the north
in the highway or however otherwise bounded, Paid
three thousand dollars by estimate and about forty-four
hundred (4400) square feet.

and acknowledged on the 30th day of June A.D. 1931
before me personally appeared the above named Grantor
to be the person and known by me to be the party executing

instrument, by her executed, to be her free and voluntary act and deed.
