United States Deed dated 9th October 1893.
Massachusetts, to wit. I, Massachusetts as trustee of a certain
banking business as per the terms and conditions of the trust indenture,
assigned and appointed president officer of the same hereby
do Grant and Release to Rhode Island State Bank a corporation of
Rhode Island dated February 24, 1929, recorded in the
Records of Land Evidence of the town of Providence in the
State of Rhode Island in Book 1567 Volume 1 Page
370, for consideration paid, release to convey and transfer
South Huntington, Rhode Island all interest in
signed and sealed my hand the day and year first above written
of the same giving a power of attorney etc etc etc etc
and that said plot enclosed titled "Township Rhode Island" now held
by Canary & Coast Development, Charlestown, RI
the Clerk's Office, town of Charlestown, prominently
placed, surveyed bounded by a distance of 1,100 ft,
This plot remains available to be applied to
The owners of the land limited liability
the resident of Massachusetts, Ltd.
the remainders of his heirs general
and assigns.
and Mr. William Finger and representatives
transferred shares presented to be assigned the total sum
of the presidents and several amounts paying
it thousand dollars to be the servants settlement
corporation send to be the servants settlement
