(Partial) Release of Mortgage Know all men by these presents, that I, the United States Bond and Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts, in Massachusetts, do hereby remise, release and forever quit claim all right, title, interest and claim located and owning business in the State of Massachusetts, mortgage of the premises described in the mortgage deed made by Edward S. Butler, to United States Bond and Mortgage Corporation of Rhode Island, dated February 26, 1929 and recorded in Said State Mortgage Registry, Feb 23, at page 373 in the State of Rhode Island, hereby release to aforesaid said mortgage and to the premises described in said mortgage deed and described as Lot 8 & 9 of that plat entitled "Brungal Quiet Plat" of Pawtucket Area Development, property of Ed Butler previous, however, that this release shall not affect or invalidate the lien of said United States Bond and Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts on said mortgage to be permanently of the premises and said mortgage shall be null and void. Witness our corporate seal attached hereto! United States Bond and Mortgage Corporation of Massachusetts this 5th day of December 1933, by Constantine Loutet, president and C.D.D.
