Quit Claim Release of Mortgage
United States Savings and Mortgage Corporation
I Massachusetts, a Massachusetts corporation located
said having business in the town of Providence, RI
Massachusetts hereby release and surrender hereby a
mortgage by Eleanor L. Peters dated October
Mortgage Corporation of United States dated February
26, 1929, recorded in the records of land evidence of
the Town of Charlestown, in the state of Rhode Island
Mortgage Book 213, Page 273, for consideration
paid, release to Eleanor L. Peters of September
Rhode Island all interest against under mortgage
on the following described premises. The said mortgage
premises being
"Lot No 29 on that Plat submitted among other things to
Providence Development, Charlestown, RI and
bounded as to Lot 29 and Plots A of Surveyors Plat said Lot 29
is bounded on the north by Lot 28, second by boundary between
Cassand on the east by Lot 30, on the south by Legrand Road"
This release shall not affect or invalidate

this second indenture United States Bond and Mortgage
represented to S. Macomb with the said mortgage aged to the
conveyancer it she promises to said mortgagee and described
as follows Whereas since said corporation has been
issued promissory notes to be signed by secretary Everett Everett its
resident and counter-signed by E. D. P. Carter the treasurer
in whose hands these documents only authorized and its corporate
seal to be placed efficient after the 5th day of December 1930.
