Know All Men by These Presents That the
Michaels Found Company, a corporation organized under the
laws of the State of New York and located in the
town of Warwick, Rhode Island, situated on said State,
the successor of J. Lowell & Co. to all property by Thomas A. Baker
to the town of Warwick, Kings County, State of Connecticut, State
of Rhode Island, the company stated is hereby authorized and does
hereby sell and convey forever quitclaim with all the rights
and privileges thereunto, her heirs and assigns forever, all the rights
to the land, property, chain and surround that it moves on
it, a right way to move on it, to the town of Warwick to the
indicated as follows: These bounds run from Pt. 27, 28 and

December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred

me personally appeared [Signature], who acknowledged to me that he was an
authorized agent of the said the property described in the foregoing
instrument and that he acted in his capacity as the Michael Found Company,
and that the instrument was executed as and the deed was sealed
and delivered on behalf of the company and that the deed was free and clear
of all liens and incumbrances and that he signed his name as
officer of said company.
