I Raini M. Pingee, unmarried, of the town of Charlestown,
in the county of Washington and state of Rhode Island,
for consideration paid grant to Aaron Jellison and Arabella
W. Jellison of Westly, in said County and state
namely County Merchants, all those certain tracts of
land situated in said Town of Charlestown, with all the
buildings situated thereon, whether standing on stone or
cement foundations, or standing on posts, which Gustav
Imhausen purchased of Lagrange Hargus by deed dated February
16, 1921, and recorded in the Land Evidence Records of
said Town of Charlestown in Book no. 18, at page 322, and
which the said Gustave Imhausen purchased of Louis Blohet
dated May 24, 1919, and recorded in said Land
Evidence Records in Book no. 17, at page 105, reference
to both said deeds and the record thereof being
hereby made and made and the same are a part
of this deed.
