The Quarry Realty Corporation a corporation duly
incorporated and created under the laws of the State of Rhode
Island and having a place of business in the City of
Providence, County of Providence and State of Rhode Island
for consideration paid, grant to Elizabeth H. Williams
of the City of Hartford County of Hartford and State of
Connecticut with warranty covenants, two certain tracts
or parcels of real estate situated at Narragansett East Beach
so called in the Town of Charlestown County of Washington
and State of Rhode Island and more specifically described
as follows to wit:
First Tract: A certain tract or parcel of land located
on the beach at Narragansett East Beach so called in
said Town of Charlestown and bounded and described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the southerly side
of the highway at the northeast corner of the premises
hencey conveyed thence running southerly 237 feet
more or less to the beach, thence running westerly 155
feet more or less to the southeast corner of the
premises hereby conveyed thence running southerly
230 feet on or about or less to the highway aforesaid, thence
running easterly 155 feet to the point of beginning,
Bounded Northerly by the highway abutting
by other land of the grantor, southerly by the beach
and westerly by a right of way to the beach, & more
otherwise bounded, measuring and extending to carry
Lots no 18 and 19 so shown and delineated on a certain
plan or plat entitled "Plat of Land in the Town of Charlestown
Rhode Island owned by Benjamin H. Norton trustee
and platted August 1925 by Leon S. Poland C.E. revised
and replatted June 1930" Said Plat being on file in
the Town Clerk's office in said Town of Charlestown.
Any buildings erected on the above conveyed premises
shall be erect in accordance with the building line
as shown on said plat and no portion of said building
porch included shall approach the street or ocean
nearer than said building line
Second Tract: A certain tract or parcel of land
located on the south shore of Shidstow Blvd at
Narragansett East Beach aforesaid being 55 feet
in depth and also 30 feet in width and more
specifically designated as Lots 18 and 19 asal House
Lot 20 as shown and delineated on that certain plan
heretofore referred to.

230 The grantee her heirs and assigns are also to have the
perpetual right to use in common with others the rights of
way as shown on said plat to the Ocean and beach
adjoining Charlestown Pond.
In Witness Whereof the said Quony Realty Corporation
has caused these presents to be signed and its Corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed by Benjamin P. Moulton its
President and Treasurer herently duly authorized this
3rd day of September 1930
