S. H. Davis, Inc, a corporation created under the laws
of the State of Rhode Island and located in the Town
of West Glynn, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island
for consideration paid grant to John T. Mccone and his
heirs and assigns of East Beacon Burn, residing in the
Town of Charlestown County of Washington and the
State of Rhode Island With Warranty Covenants
That certain real estate situated in said Town of
Charlestown County of Washington in the State of
Rhode Island and described as follows
A certain tract or parcel of land lying and being
in said Town of Charlestown on the South side back
of West Pond now called near sun side Avenues and
Adjoining lands of the Grantor bounded as follows
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of land of the
Grantor and running fifty (50) feet more or less in
an easterly direction with the Northerly line of said
Grantors land to the Northeasterly corner of same
thence Northerly twenty (20) feet more or less to the
Southerly shore of said Great Pond, thence Westerly along
the Southerly shore of said pond fifty (50) feet more or
less to a corner, thence southerly as the continuation
of which would be the Westerly line of land of said
Grantor twenty (20) feet more or less to the point
and place of beginning or however otherwise bounded
and described
