154 Know All Men that the Washington Trust Company a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, and having its office for the transaction of business at Westerly, Rhode Island, has paid the mortgages named in a certain mortgage deed recorded in the Registry of Town Clerk of the Town of Charlestown, Rhode Island, in said Real Estate Book 24 page 362, made by Leon M. and Paul M. Lemieux to the Washington Trust Company dated October 14 1929 in consid- eration of the sum of two thousand dollars ($2000) paid by the Washington Trust Company as trustee under deed of trust made by Thomas G. Lemieux, dated the 8 day of April 1924, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby, give warranty transfer and make quit claim to the said the Washington Trust Company as trustee under deed of trust made by Thomas G. Lemieux, dated the 8 day of April, 1924, to successors any and assigns, the above described mortgaged deed, with the note and debt thereby secured, and all its right title and interest by virtue thereof in and to the entire described tract To have and to hold the same with the privileges and appurtenances thereto the said the Washington Trust Company as trustee under deed of trust made by Thomas G. Lemieux, dated the 8 day of April, 1924 to successors and assigns, in as similar manner as at this moment holds the same, hereby substituting and appointing the said the Washington Trust Company as trustee under deed of trust made by Thomas G.
