I, Roger E. Trainer of North Kingstown, Washington County, Rhode Island, for
consideration had paid, grant to John H. Burlington of North Kingstown aforesaid with
mortgage covenants to secure the payment of Three thousand dollars in five years
with interest at 6% (six) per centum, per annum, payable same annually in advance
in preference to a certain negotiable promissory note of even date herewith, a
certain lot or piece of land with building and improvements thereon situated
in the town of North Kingstown, conveyed and described and more particularly
described and bounded as follows: to wit: [volume number/8] explanation
shown and delineated on a certain plan marked "Plan of Development
center South Section Burlington, R.D. Trainer, etc.] rights reserved to the owner
October 1927, roads, and basin Enclosure, "as delineated on Plat being on file in the
town clerk's office in said town of North Kingstown, meaning and referring to
same, subject to the terms and conditions of this mortgage, the same premises
that were conveyed by this mortgagor by warranty deed from Thomas B. Thorp
dated from me 6/29/25 and recorded in the Deeds records of said town in
volume 11, page 346, reference is made and the same is made a part hereof, said premises being
subject to all the rights, privileges, allotments, eases, covenants conditions and
restrictions as mentioned in said deed. This mortgage is made
upon the statutory conditions and with the statutory form of sale.
Florence T. Trainer wife of the mortgagor, whereas I the mortgagor all my
rights and interest in the described premises,
