649 I, HELEN B. CHURCH, of the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, for consideration paid, grant to RICHARD W. HINCHLIFFE and JANET P. HINCHLIFFE, husband and wife, both of said Town of Charlestown County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, as JOINT TENANTS and not as tenants in common, with WARRANTY COVENANTS That certain tract or parcel of land, situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the easterly side of the Town Highway, commonly known as "Narrow Lone," at the southwesterly corner of the premises first hereinabove conveyed; said point being 50 feet northerly of the southerly line of the "Freeway line," as shown on the map dated 1952, recorded in Land Evidence Book 37, page 6 North Evidence, Book 4, page 11, for right of way purposes on behalf of the State of Rhode Island & Providence Plantations by the Director of Public Works Freeway No. 30, Plat No. 1377A, on file in the Town Clerk's office, and then running northerly, along the northerly bounded easterly side of said Town Highway, a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence turning and running easterly a distance of 215 feet to a point; said point being 200 feet northerly of the northerly bounded easterly side of the southerly said Freeway line; thence running southerly a distance of 200 feet to a point; thence turning and running westerly, parallel to said Town Highway, a distance of 215 feet, more or less, to a point on the easterly line of said Freeway line, a distance of 215feet, more or less, to the point and place of beginning. Bounded westerly by said Freeway line, northerly and southerly by other land of this Grantor, or however otherwise the same may be bounded or described. I, Helen B. Church, covenant that I am unmarried. The consideration of this deed is such that no Internal Revenue Stamps are required. WITNESS my hand this 4th day of August, 1964. HELEN B. CHURCH STATE OF RHODE ISLAND ) County of Washington ) In Charlestown, on the 4th day of August, 1964, before me personally appeared Helen B.
