625 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That WE, RUSSELL L. DERAGON and D. ALICE DERAGON, husband and wife, both of Bristol, County of Bristol and State of Connecticut (hereinafter called the "mortgagor(s)") in consideration of FORTY-FIVE HUNDRED and 00/100 ($4500.00) DOLLARS, to us paid by PEOPLE'S SAVINGS BANK IN PROVIDENCE, a mutual savings bank legally incorporated and established under the laws of the State of Rhode Island, having its principal place of business in the City and County of Providence in said State, (hereinafter called the "Mortgagee"), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby grant unto the said mortgagee, its successors and assigns, forever, with MORTGAGE COVENANTS, to secure the payment of the principal investment and of certain a promissory note of the mortgagor(s) of even date herewith, and to secure the payment and performance of any and all other present and future indebtedness and obligations, primary or contingent, on direct or indirect, secured or unsecured, of the mortgagee(s) or any other person(s) liable on said note and of the successor(s), if any, in the title of the hereinafter described premises, primarily or on any of them, to the mortgagees, its successors or assignees, in accordance with the time and manner of payment and/or performance of said indebtedness and obligations, the following described real estate: Those certain lots of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated, written in the Town of Charles- town, County of Washington in State of Rhode Island and bounded and described as follows, to wit: Lots 106A-106F on map 27 of an instrument recorded by The Chas. Raytheon Co., R.I., named and owned by Thomas F. Raytheon, Scale one inch equals 100 feet, July 25th, 1932, R. W. Leighton, C. E. Said map is re- corded in Town Clerk's Office at Charlestown, R.I., Said lots are bounded and described as follows: Westerly by Kilburn St., fifty (50) feet on said map, more or less; northerly by Lot 106F in said map one hundred (100) feet, more or less; easterly by Lot 107 and said Lot 1059B, in all fifty (50) feet, on said map, more or less; Southerly by Lot 105 one hundred (100) feet on said map, more or less. Also lots 106G-106H on map 27 of Baytheon by the Chas. Raytheon. Said lots are bounded and described as follows: Westerly by Kilburn Street on said map fifty (50) feet, more or less; northerly by Lot 1070 in said map one hundred (100) feet, more or less; easterly by part of Lot 1059 and by all of lot 1059 fifty (50) feet, more or less; Southerly by lot 1067 on said map one hundred (100) feet, more or less. All of the above lots are subject to restrictions as they appear on said map. Meeting and intending to convey the same premises mentioned above in the mortgage by us warranted in the Warranty Deed of Howard A. Chipman and Beatrice M. Chipman to Russell L. Deragon and D. Alice Deragon, dated May 1, 1964 as will appear of record in the Land Evidence Records of the said Town of Charlestown, R.I., to wit which the deed and record therefore reference is herebelow set and made. Together with all bair air venting systems, gas and electrical fixtures utilities and equipment, screens, awnings, storm windows and doors and combustion and access stairways and storm windows and doors now or hereafter attached to, or used in connection with the above-described premises, all of which shall be deemed to be and remain part and parcel of the said premises and are hereby included in this mortgage.
