568 I, ESTHER REED CHURCH, of Charlestown, Rhode Island (hereinafter called the Grantor) for consideration said, grant to the NARRAGANSETT ELECTRIC LIGHT COMPANY and the said ELPASO HIPPOCRATES and ELPASO COMPANY, corpora- tions duly incorporated according to law, (hereinafter called the Grantees), their successors and assigns, for the dis- tenaments in common, with Warranty Covenants, the right to erect, maintain and operate, for the dis- tribution of electric current, a way forty (40) feet wide, center line of said way being parallel to the street, over, across and upon the Grantor's land situated in the Town of Charlestown, County of Washington, State of Rhode Island, as may from time to time be required for the purpose of supplying electric distrib- tion lines, and all necessary
