I Lila lo lanoppo, unmarried, of the City of Pawtucket, County of Providence
Commonwealth of Massachusetts for consideration paid, grant to
Susan D Wise of the Town of Westerly, County of Washington, State of
Rhode Island with mortgage covenants to secure the payment of one
thousand dollars in ten years with interest at six per centum per
annum, payable semi annually in advance as provided in a certain
negotiable promissory note executed herewith a certain tract or parcel
of land with dwelling house and other improvements thereon, situate
and being in the Town of Charlestown in said county of Washington,
and described and delineated as follows to wit: Lot number 81 on
map and recorded on a certain plat or platlet entitled "Plan of
Dr. Evans, containing Central Beach, Charlestown, R.I., North & South lines,
equals to 100 feet to the North, October 1934, Rosie and Dwayne Brown,
said plat or platlet being filed in the Town Clerk's office in said Town
of Charlestown together with all of the rights and appurtenances and subject
to all the charter covenants, conditions and agreements as appeared in
that certain Warranty deed from Arnold E. Lanoppo to Lila lanoppo
conveying said lot or as is of record. This mortgage is made upon
the Statutory form and with the Statutory power of sale
