hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said
grantee, her heirs and assigns forever, all the right title interest property, claims
and demand or which said Katie R. M. Beach as the sole of said George A. M. Beach,
did have or ever had by reason of any prior relation whatever to said George A. M. Beach, in
and to a certain lot of land with the improvements thereon heretofore conveyed by
said George A. M. Beach and mother to said Emma A. Tucker, particularly described
as a certain lot of land with the improvements thereon situate in the town of
Charlestown, in the state of Rhode Island, bounded as follows: beginning at a
stone wall on the north side of the public highway at the bottom corner of a stone
wall that runs easterly by it, and with said public road one hundred ninety five
feet to land of Leo Chace, thence northerly one hundred fifty three feet easterly
one hundred ninety five feet then northerly one hundred fifty five feet to fence of
beginning, bounded easterly by Tucker, northerly and westerly by land of Leo Chace and

to said Emma A. Tucker said George A. M. Beach was under the impression
by reason of erroneous information he had received that his paid wife had died
in the state of california where she had been confined. The later learned the
contrary and the purpose of this deed is to correct the misstatement common-
ly made in said Tucker deed by said George A. M. Beach to the effect that he was
a single man, and so desire to alter and amend entry, in order that all the
donor intent of said Katie R. M. Beach in and to said premises, laid some
deed of said premises from the grantor to the grantee in dated October 7,
1925 and is recorded in said town's records Book 23 at page 588.
It more and to hold the same, with all night, heritages and
appurtenances thereunto appertaining, unto and to the use of the said
grantee her heirs and assigns forever. And I the aforementioned grantor
