We the undersigned, S. & Estella Lalbot and Mabel M. Ennis of Brooklyne
County of Providence in the State of Connecticut and William E. Lefftt
of the town of Charlestown, County of Washington in the State of Rhode
Island, owners of land at Charlestown District, in the town of Charlestown,
County of Washington and State of Rhode Island, agree, and concur on a plot
hereof made by Geo D. Holland, Civil Engineer, September 1926, and
herewith attached and make a joint boundary line and agree
that the line marked "X.B." as marked and thereon that said line
for the boundary between our respective lands is marked and known
as such boundary line, by our mutual agreement and that said line
as shown in the hub land court boundary between our respective
lands. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our
hands and seals this fourth day of September, 1926.
